What is your turnaround time?
The current turnaround time, for most items, is 5-7 days, excluding weekends and holidays. Custom signage may take up to two weeks. This does not include shipping time.
Is a deposit on orders required?
Full payment is required on all work before we begin.
What is your refund/exchange policy?
Due to the custom nature of the products at E. Renee Davis Design, all orders are final. No refunds or exchanges. Should you receive a defective item, please contact us at info@ereneedavisdesign.com within 3 days of receiving the item. Include photos of the defective/damaged item along with photos of the shipping box. Please retain the shipping box, as it will be needed to return the item.
How do you ship your items?
Items will be shipped via USPS or UPS. If your order requires RUSH shipping, additional charges will apply.
E. Renee Davis Design is not responsible for any lost orders due to the incorrect shipping address. If an incorrect address is given and the order is returned to us, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.
E. Renee Davis Design is not responsible for your item once it has been shipped. Should there be any problem when your purchase arrives please let me know. We will work with you to find a solution.
Local Pickup Only – If you live in the Douglas County Georgia area and want to place an order for pickup, please select “local pickup” during checkout. An email with the address and pickup instructions will be emailed to you when your order is ready.
Do you charge a rush fee?
Rush processing is available for orders that need to be completed outside our normal processing time. A rush fee ranging from $15 to $75 will apply, depending on the scope of the work.
To request rush processing, please email us with your order number in the subject line. Once reviewed, a separate invoice will be sent to cover the additional fee. Processing will begin once the invoice is paid, and payment must be made within three hours to secure expedited service.
Are there required specs for photo products?
When using a photo on an item, it is important the photo is a high quality image. Photos will not be edited; however, cropping may occur to make the photo fit on the product.
On ornaments, faces should not be near the top of the photo to avoid the ornament ribbon hole.
Can you create custom items?
Yes, we can! If you are looking for custom items, please complete the Custom Inquiry form.
How do I submit a photo for my order?
Please upload photos via the link on the product page. Send as large of a digital file as possible for the best quality print. Do not crop the image prior to sending.
Do you provide proofs?
With the exception of menus, acrylic signs, invitations and announcements, proofs are only provided upon request.
For invitations and announcements, pricing includes up to two edits/proofs. Should additional edits be needed beyond the two included edits, an additional design fee will be applied.
Will my item look exactly like the photo on the website?
There may be some slight differences between the item pictured and the physical product. Keep in mind that all monitors have different coloring, and actual printed products may vary in color from what you see on your screen.
Is the drinkware dishwasher safe?
All drinkware should be hand washed.
Product care:
- Wash with hot, soapy water before using the mug for the first time
- Use non-bleach dishwasher detergents
Will my wood items look exactly as pictured?
Due to the nature of wood, it will have varying imperfections. Knots and wood grains will vary from sign to sign, and this may cause the stain to absorb differently. All of this is part of what makes each sign unique.
How do I care for acrylic pieces?
Acrylic items are prone to showing fingerprints and dust. Do not use any type of alcohol or cleaning products as this may cause damage to the acrylic. A microfiber cloth and spray on glass cleaner may be used to clean the surface as needed.
Acrylic drink stirrers may be hand washed in warm soapy water and rinse. Use a paper towel or microfiber cloth to gently dry. Acrylic items are reusable when cleaned properly; however, they are not dishwasher safe.
