The current turnaround time is 3-5 days, excluding weekends and holidays. This does not include shipping time.
PayPal and Stripe are accepted for all online payments. Paypal and major credit cards are accepted when payments are made in person.
Due to the customized nature of the products at E. Renee Davis Design, LLC, all orders are final. No refunds or exchanges. Should you receive a defective item, please contact us at info@ereneedavisdesign.com within 3 days of receiving the item.
Items will be shipped via USPS. Shipping costs are based on the actual weight of the items shipped. If your order requires RUSH shipping, additional charges will apply.
E. Renee Davis Design is not responsible for any lost orders due to the incorrect shipping address. If an incorrect address is given and the order is returned to us, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.

When using a photo on an item, it is important the photo is a high quality image. Photos will not be edited; however, cropping may occur to make the photo fit on the product.
On ornaments, faces should not be near the top of the photo to avoid the ornament ribbon hole.

Please send photos to photos@ereneedavisdesign.com. Send as large of a digital file as possible for the best quality print. Do not crop the image prior to sending.
With the exception of menus, acrylic signs, invitations and announcements, proofs are only provided upon request.
For invitations and announcements, pricing includes up to 2 edits/proofs. Should additional edits be needed beyond the two included edits, an additional design fee will be applied.
Many of the items on the website are mockups of actual items I have created. Mockups are a general layout of the design to give you an idea of the overall design. There may be some slight differences between the mockup and the physical product. Keep in mind that all monitors have different coloring, and actual printed products may vary in color from what you see on your screen.
All drinkware should be hand washed. Ink is bonded to the drinkware using high temperatures to produce a design.
Product care:
• Wash with hot, soapy water before using the mug for the first time
• Use non-bleach dishwasher detergents
Due to the nature of wood, it will have varying imperfections. Knots and wood grains will vary from sign to sign, and this may cause the stain to absorb differently. All of this is part of what makes each sign unique.
